Pls help! The other party refuses to rectify the errors (the terms are in his favour) and do not agree to sign and send for stamping again. The real estate agent just gave me the new copy and said everything is in order. Pls advise what should I do?

What you should have done, was make sure the documents were correct before you signed them in the first place. Once you sign, you are at the mercy of the other party. Unless you can prove the documents were not what you agreed to. That is nearly impossible unless they admit it.

Once you had signed, which meant you had agreed with the agreement stated inside regardless the terms are in who favour.
