Only if you get caught doing a crime for the mob will you go to jail. But, if you got some really good snitch material, you get to go into the Federal Witness Protection Program and live somewhere in outer Montana as a sheep rancher with a small allowance from our tax dollars. So, if you are in Montana and hear a Jersey accent ("Yo, sheep. Go all ready."), you know what he did before he started working livestock.

Probably not, unless they had you at the scene of some crime and could prove something in a court.

I think we should encourage more Mafia. Somehow I feel that Mohamed al Schmohamed wouldn't screw with guys with nicknames like Tony the Knife, or Scarface Joey .

it depends on the crimes you commit and if and when you get caught. there is no crime in being in the "mafia" per se. it has to do more with the actual activities you are involved with. however, it's unlikely that if you are in the mafia, you aren't involved in some illegal activity and eventually may be caught and go to jail. it depends on the crime.

Yes, because it's like being an accessory to criminal activities. Check out any library or bookstores for studies or historical research to prove this.
