It will likey be in the same form that will tell you that your internet use and email will also be monitored. You are on their clock, and on their property, they can do that.

Good rule while at work: Don't do, say, email, or act in anyway that you would not want you supervisor or boss to know about.

It can be done. It was done in our office when we suspected that a co-worker was stealing money out of our purses. The camera was set up to catch her on tape. She did indeed get caught on tape. Otherwise she would have kept denying it and keep stealing from us.

Yes and no, he can not tape you wherever there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, like the bathroom and I think he has to disclose if he is monitoring phone calls if you are allowed personal calls at work but otherwise I think it is allowed.
