1.On Id, a motorcycle carrying 3, all without helmet goes in wrong direction in park street, busiest road in kolkata.Seargent on duty stops other vehicle to give them way.On Holi police are posted to stop and verify every two-wheeler even if helmet is on.2.Police arrest every person bursting crackers on dewali day for sound polution.On Shab-e-barat a person throws live choclate bomb on my scooter.3. Everyday 4-4.30 AM loud loud speakers blare out above the specified decibles azan's to disturb all others. On holi the police lathi charges the ladies and children on a bonfire ritual citing pollution.4.Nearly all main roads are blocked by large innumerable processions the whole day and well guarded by police on muharram.The route of only one major Rath yatra has been curtailed which only takes 3-4 hrs.5. On bakrid one can slaughter COW on the road in full view of others weather they like it or no.There are many more instance with proof (like my mobile camera), but space here is too short

I have been having problems with my sons father (my ex), he has been threatening to kidnap my child , meanwhile he has been living a drug addicted , negligent and unsafe life. I overheard him telling my son about an instance where he got into a fight with a man with a knife who had threatened to take our boy away, I confronted my ex on this and he claims it was a story w/o a word of truth. I have contacted the police but they were not able to assist other then to check and see if they had any recent reports involving my ex and a kidnapping threat. Now, either way it's insane to tell a 5 year old child that a knife weilding man has threatened to take him from his family just because he is angry with his father but if there is even a shred of truth in this story, it is a huge problem. because of his drug addiction it's needless to say that my ex deals with inappropriate and dangerous people who are capable of anything.
Is this sufficient grounds to get a restraining order? Advice?

so a woman i know has said she thinks she can win in a fight against me. im 6'3", 300 lbs (and i work out a lot), so i know that i would just crush her if it goes through.

the thing is, if i back out, i look like a puss. but if i do it, it might make me look bad for destroying a female.

what do i do? should i just knock her out with one punch, or do i let her have a little taste and decide that it is a bad idea?

there is also money involved. we each put in $100, so the winner gets $100 from the other, and our friends have already started betting on how long it will last.

I am livid as I have been accused for the entire last year of being a tweaker...( I have learned a tweaker is a crystal meth addict) and these people have destroyed my living situation and had extremely negative effect on a close friend and a relative. I have never done drugs except for in college smoked pot about 5 times. (At least I am stepping up to the plate and telling the truth. LOL) I plan to get a urine test for drugs tomorrow and a polygraph in the near future by police officer friend that does these. Can I sue at all- these people have the big $$$ and I have a solid case... and am sick and tired of it- I have simply had it with the slanderous abuse. I am moving from my home because of this. It has been one year too long to put up with anymore. I just cant take it- it has even come to a point it affects my sleep and daily routine- How can people who dont even know me do this. I now want to take some sort of legal action. Please kindly advise.

I want to go into buisness for myself. Basically what I want to do is do the same thing I am doing now but I want to be my own boss. I do not know the legality so I want to find out if it is legal prior to me going out on my own. Lets suppose that I worked for a ford service department for many years and I was the Manager of the Service department. I knew lots of the repeat customer and they knew me. I also new quite a bit about fixing Fords and knew where to purchase the parts for cheap.
So I decided to leave Ford, start my own car repair shop and used the information abtained at ford to contact the customers that knew me. Would this be legal? Would I be able to contact customers from a Ford customer list that I had? Soppose I did not contact them by telephone but by sending them a letter, would this be legal? What about not even contacting any customers but simply compete with my present employeer and draw buisness by advertising my service as a previous ford manager.

yes i know i already asked this but i left things out and my computer wouldnt let me fix them

So my bf has a pretty messed up life. Over they break he tried to die but it didnt work or whatever happened. hes gotten alot better and no longer thinks death a suttable option. Anyway, the school found out about it and now they wont let him go back to school. Can they do that? hes under 18 so what about the no child is left behing thing? Not against helping people to get on their feet so don't misunderstand this. We that work have to take urine test to show we are clean and keep our job to keep the money rolling in. People on welfare just collect the money and never bothered by the testing. Just think of how much the government would save if they gave welfare recipients drug test.. ( I am not saying all use drugs). Do you agree ?? By the way , I do not use drugs so I could care less about drug testing.

So I kept getting these weird phone called from Pennsylvania claiming that my live in boyfriend was in legal trouble in their state. They left several messages, eventually I told them I thought they had the wrong person, they then asked his correct middle name. They sounded surprised, then asked if we lived at some address we never lived at. Then she asked his birthdate. This is all the info I gave her, then she apologized and asked me to disregard the phone call. It sounded like a debt collector of some sort, but could it be someone phising for info? Is that enough info to do any financial/credit damage?
