Well you can spend all of the America's money, spend all of their credit, kill 3,015 American soldiers, wound 22,000 throw another nation into civil war, lie to and manipulate the entire world, rewrite the constitution to create a police state, generally engage in conspiracy to commit every known social offense on and off the books and if you got the money and enough people in your conspiracy, you will get away with it. So I guess in answer to your question you have to start the apocalypse and incur the wrath of God.

Depending on jurisdiction, treason, deseration from the armed forces, murder, theft. In China if the crime is witnessed by enough people you don't need a trial the poilice can shoot you there and then. In greese, turkey and some other countries you can be shoot on the spot for refuding an order from a superiour officer.
Where you asking about a specific country? In Canada there is no death penalty. However since the Eng case we can extradite to a country that does.

Well for the most part, you have to commit a murder(s) without any remorse. But remember, people are being put to death for far lesser crimes than committing murder. Husbands killing their wives because after they married them, they weren't satisfied with the Dory. Or wearing white socks or showing your wrist or ankle. Voicing an opinion that goes the norm. I even heard of a case where a woman was stoned because she was raped by a family member. Apparently, she brought dishonor to the family.
Don't forget that there was a time where people were killed because of their race and being on the wrong side of the Protestant/ Catholic fence. and wasn't there a guy that was going to be put to death because of vandalism in the orient?

in many cases you don;t haft to do any thing, have you not heard about the 47 men in Ill,, who was convicted and given the death sentence, and after a reporter investigated he called in the F,B,I, who completed the investigation and proved 35 of these men were not guilty of anything, the cops lied and the prosecutor lied and knew the cops lied , the prosecutor is the states Atty General now and no cop has been tried for any thing????
or what about the Rampart scandal in Los Angles, where the cops were killing robbing etc, again a reporter this time set up some cops and then called in the F,B,I, now thousands of cases must be retried, that is the ones who have not been executed ,yet not one cop has been tried or as far as know even indited,???? Justice where???

I think you should be sentenced to death if you commit murder, child molestation rape and the list goes on. But you're only sentenced to death if you've commited a murder.
