I raise the question again... Is INDIA really a Secular country?

1.On Id, a motorcycle carrying 3, all without helmet goes in wrong direction in park street, busiest road in kolkata.Seargent on duty stops other vehicle to give them way.On Holi police are posted to stop and verify every two-wheeler even if helmet is on.2.Police arrest every person bursting crackers on dewali day for sound polution.On Shab-e-barat a person throws live choclate bomb on my scooter.3. Everyday 4-4.30 AM loud loud speakers blare out above the specified decibles azan's to disturb all others. On holi the police lathi charges the ladies and children on a bonfire ritual citing pollution.4.Nearly all main roads are blocked by large innumerable processions the whole day and well guarded by police on muharram.The route of only one major Rath yatra has been curtailed which only takes 3-4 hrs.5. On bakrid one can slaughter COW on the road in full view of others weather they like it or no.There are many more instance with proof (like my mobile camera), but space here is too short

The Indian government and religious groups must put order in the Indian society so that there will be no chaos and the people will follow rules.

I never believe they were. Religious riots and a comeback of the caste system seems to show India has a long way to go.
