Sorry for not being perfectly accurate, but I do not see how he could NOT be charged. There is ZERO proof that Iraq ever had anything to do with 9/11. NONE.

We should not be there, period.

What is there to even discuss in this regard?

Okay, from a legal perspective: NO. In order to be jailed for war crimes, you have to be tried and convicted. Before being tried, you have to have COMMITTED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. Bush has NOT committed ANY crime WHATSOEVER.

Get over it!

anything can be argued in the court of law for both sides.
so first prove that crimes have been committed , congress ,including democrats, gave the president the go ahead to use excesive force against saddam.

Since he as not committed any war crimes, it would be hard to jail him. If you can dream up some crimes he's committed, let us know.

I think it might be plausible if he didn't have a varitable army of fall guys. The only group that could touch him would be the UN. And that would be a battle they are afraid to fight.
