ooh you changed the question thats better if they have a warrent then that can string out some time they havnt acctually convicted you yet.??if you have already been to court and just didnt pay your fine and are hopping it will go away id move somewhere els.accross state lines and hope the judge dosnt want you bad enough to come get you..
