so a woman i know has said she thinks she can win in a fight against me. im 6'3", 300 lbs (and i work out a lot), so i know that i would just crush her if it goes through.
the thing is, if i back out, i look like a puss. but if i do it, it might make me look bad for destroying a female.
what do i do? should i just knock her out with one punch, or do i let her have a little taste and decide that it is a bad idea?
there is also money involved. we each put in $100, so the winner gets $100 from the other, and our friends have already started betting on how long it will last.

she already fought one dude this year and won, but he was a lot smaller than me, and her (she is a big girl).

I'm answering from the point of view of sports.
Contender: A man and a woman
Factors: The man is hesitant to fight a woman because of her handicap, being a woman
The woman has knocked down before a man but smaller built
Prize Money: $100
Tyoe of fight: Street fighting, full-contact
Venue: Somewhere not seen by the police
Challenger: None. no previous champion
Analysis: The woman is confident because she's capitalizing on size "bigger is better" (She might also be into martial arts like kick boxing). She knows that a kick in the groin or a straight punch below your chest can immobilize.
You: Confident also. Believes that height and develope muscles are great advantage
Conclusion: You'll go down because height and muscles are no match to weight. Your solid punch may hurt her, if it hits alright, but her fat body will cushion the blows. Her punch will down you if she's heavier and faster.
Advice: Agree on the winning criteria. Not knock out but probably 3 consecutive falls.
Don't fight like your'e fighting a man. No matter how you think, you're still fighting a woman who deserves respect.
Never punch directly but let her weight and force work against her until she can no longer catch her breath and say "Ok, you win" that is if you're still standing... or the police officers haven't arrived yet.

You are also a female? If you are, you are a very big woman, (big=not fat) lol. I'd say knock her out, you have to stand up for yourself. No one else will in this world for you. I'm usually against fighting, but do what you have to do. Defense, don't throw the first punch though. Plus, you get money outta the deal and people won't mess with you. But, if you don't wanna fight, talk to her and if she won't listen....just ignore her. If you are a male, do not touch her. Men should never touch a woman, ever.

Sorry to burst your bubble but she will beat you simply by standing up to you. Do you really need to crush some woman to vindicate your manhood?
Rememebr this "Just because you are stupid does not mean you deserve to die" ...
Walk away from such a ridiculous proposition otherwise get a fight promoter and put it on pay per view and give the proceeds to some charity.

See small children fight with us and what do we do ? we simply defend ourselves and catch them hug them and make them immobile . Similarly do the same with her and instead of showing anger shower her with warmth and love and everthing would be settled.
