Is there a way I can get a free lunch and not tell my dad so I can keep my lunch money?

u can't but trust me, u would not want to have to live like that. other kids make fun of u because of it. Be glad u don't qualify for it.. If ur dad lost his job, you might but then u would see that it's not fun and games.. If those had to pay for lunch, some of them would NEVER eat.

The only way to get free lunch is to qualify for it. It is a program set up so the children of less fortunate familys can eat good lunches. Some families are so poor that basically lunch is the one and only good meal those kids will get during the day so no you can not do it, it is a form for your parents to fill out and yes they do check the info put on it and if the info is false there is some major consequencse be happy for what you have

the kids who get free lunches get it free because of the income their parents make and they might not be able to afford money for lunch. it all has to do with the sheet the school makes your parents fill out at the begining of school. if your dad makes enough money to afford to give you money for lunch then they will make you pay for it

lols u have to like be a bit poor or smthin. ive never gotten free lunch ever =]. you cant do that since ur parents have to sign forms and thingys but our school is stupid. they just pass out lunches if u say u dont pay. idots just wanted to make the line go faster lols. now when ever i feel like getting lunch i do and keep the $25 a week my parents give me for lunch and use it for other stuff. =]

It is based on income. Generally, if someone qualifies for the different social welfare programs, the kids will qualify for free lunches and breakfasts.
In your case I doubt it, but like the way you think.

Yeah the thing about the lunch program is that it is there to help the impovrished. I really hope you are 12 and have no idea what it is like to go hungry.

free lunches at school is for kids that has families with low income so they can still eat.

Yea tell your dad to quit his job, and sign up on welfare. Hell you might have more money that way, but I wouldnt know.
