Guantanamo is where the "bad boys" are locked up for public security... They are there for a reason.. My opinion is that these people are anti white, anti usa, anti christain, anti West, in fact they are against everything that is non muslim, and will stop at nothing to destroy us... This is the opinion that i have formed, but if im worng i hope that you can correct me on this.,
Though i also think that about 5% of the people there could be innocent.. but that is an acceptable amount
one thing i would say though is that I would prefer to be in Guantanamo, than in a prision in Iraq, iran or turkey or thailand!!!

The most important issue is: why are so many people born and raised in the USA, holding supposedly humanistic and democratic values, supporting torture and arrest of people without a proper trial?
Why there is no outrage?
Gitmo has shown a society that is rotten to the core. No more, no less than Germany in the early 30s: ready to follow a strong man to the end, into any sort of cruelty and madness.

Government corruption. I mean 2 years ago bush got an extra 2% of the vote and said that was a mandate from the American people applauding his policies. This last election saw both house and congress fall from Bush's control and he wants to defy a true mandate by send more troops to Iraq and was able to get Saddam Hussein executed before the newly elected democrats could get sworn in.
Meantime there is a growing population that is outraged by Bush's behavior and that of his administration - and by the looks of the last election, change is at hand. Will the world and the american people suffer this adminstration for another 2 years? What other realistic choice do they have? Change comes at it's own pace.
Peace!

Because congressional Democrats are too lily-livered to do anything about it. And the public, who should complain to their representatives, is kept numb on pablum media, who are now controlled under a very few umbrellas.

They've got a cell waiting for each and every one of us who opposed the Furer. They will NEVER close down that incredibly intimidating structure. After all, it's there to scare the crap out of you.
