Something is not quite right in the question. If he is seeing a counselor, maybe he could talk to them about it and find out why he is not allowed back in school. There are alternative schools that he could attend.

Alternative schools/home schooling are options. Or just pass the GED. Lacking those possibilities, go to a Junior College. (you don't need a high school diploma for that). All this after he seeks some help for his desire to end it all. There's a lot going on out here that he may enjoy once he gets out of the situation he is presently in. Good luck to you both.

No they cannot legally do that IF there is another school in the district close enough for him to get there by walking or bus route. They have to let him go back. The school may stick him with counseling, but from the sounds of his current situation, it shouldn't be so bad. It may even help him more, but i doubt it (i personally don't trust school counselors). But pay attention to the big if up there.

I trust Jasmine. Make a petition. while you're no longer massive on that.. you ought to purpose chatting with the theory approximately it or getting help out of your loved ones. i think of it relatively is incorrect. our college has bathing room passes. We get to bypass 6 circumstances each and every 6 weeks. you ought to point something like that, or to decrease how plenty scholars bypass to the restroom with tips from recording it if it turns right into a concern. Or tell the theory, "it is against my faith." XD additionally verify the student guidance manual for issues that ought to returned you up. i'm particular there are some issues approximately bathing room breaks.

no they can't do that as long as he's no longer a danger to himself or others he should be able to get back in. He may need a written statement from his Dr. saying that he is stable and safe to go back to school. The only way he wouldn't be able to go back that I know of is if they have in his records that he dropped out of school by choice instead of illness. Depression and suicide is a disease if they are saying that he can't come back because of that they are discriminating and can get in a lot of trouble for that. good luck hope everything works out

The safety of other students supercede anyones rights....but you may request a hearing with the school board to find out the exact reason he's been expelled.
