Law & Ethics - December 2006

We as people post freely on the Internet. We as people experience difficulties, and expect feedback. What feedback do people really get other than complaints? As people, are people expected to live freely more than what they have or are they expected to live in within their merit. To what extent does this freedom extend to us all. The extent to which we can tranverse, is only a meaning within itself that we consider our own well being. But if this being is comprimised, to what extent is it?

Everyone enjoys something, but do we foresee that enjoyment? Is a trip to a museum worth it? Yes. Is a trip to a court of law worth it? Yes. Is a trip to enter your personal plea bargains worth it? No.

What manner of speaking or even worth do we possess even in this day and age? Even the American government says that your meaning is futile as it can observe, eradicate and possess every essence of your being by being a presence of thought, communication and idea on the Internet.

I have read in newspapers that human rights of every citizen are protected. However, I do not think that my human rights has been protected. After my experience, now I see that some idiot may harm me without any guilt or even the whole public opinion may release their frustrations on me.
I am extremelly worried. What I have experienced is not what the Law claim that will protect.

some evil person do some harm to other person. The other person revenge to some other person that is connected to you. In the end, you suffer because the first person in a chain was some idiot. Have you experienced that? I have without any guilt.

Well if anybody does have that prepaid legal service with the card along with is also, then I was wondering how much to you pay montly or yearly and what are the advantages and diadvantages of having that card? Does it really work? How many times can you use that card? Tell me the whole nine yards and I will give my best answer to that person.

God is wll aware that He/She/ That is God, and acts so: with comlplete liberty. Ignorant people are what they are, and often act so, sometimes in public places, amoungst their kin and friends. Smart people are what they are, sometimes have a sense of it, and sometimes act so in public, amoungst their kin and friends. Which of us is to be held criminal ........ I mean, is to vaunt intelligence any more a crime than vaunting, say, basketball skill in a public court ? I would like to ask why it is illegal for women and men that are of age to get paid for sexual functions? I say that as long as the partners are of age and consent and of course are deemed disease free their should be no reason they should not get paid for services.

my sister died without a will & 5 sisters left & a mom also. money in the bank who gets it ? can 1 sister appoint herself power of attorney by saying it was a verbal agreement ? how do i find out if her name was on the bank account also?the sister who died was always changing it.

They only party after 10:30 in the nite, they are really loud, we have ask them to knock it off, called the landlord, police no one wants to do anything to help us we own, they rent. Its a quite neighborhood our bedroom faces there living room, they hang out on the front porch, in between the houses. Any ideas to get them to move out? I work most week-ends in the medical field, I fear one of these mornings I going to screw up and hurt someone.

Is there anyone who can help my friend out. He is accussed of assulat against his wife. This is a wrong aligation. But still He is put in jail in canada without any inquiry. Now He went there just 4 months back and He know nobody there personally. She wanted to go back to india for 3-5-8 months with his one month old daughter and he denied. He was worried that one month old baby should not fly for few months and there is vast temperature difference between india and canada. Now knowing this She left home first and tried to force him to sign up papers which says that he will never ask for the custody of his wife and his daughter and he is sorry for misbehaving with his wife. His wife threatned him and asked him to sign this paper or she will get him in the jail. She even told him that if u will not sign this she will remove all her clothes and will go on road and will tell all/police that he is not providing her any sort of cloths also and harressing her with all kind of means.

In Ohio, if someone has been harrasing you { and you have not reported it} and then when your out walking and they hit you, do you have the right to hit them with a brick or something if thats the only way you can defend yourself? In this case, could i go to the juvinile center? [im 15 and some girl is harrasing me and has been for a year, heer mom won't do anything about it and neither will mine]

a close friend is going through a problem..here it goes...she was in a car accident about 2 years ago when she only had her driving permit and was driving a friend's car..now the man she hit wants to sue her..is that possible? can he still do that after 2 years..i still dont' know all the details or facts about it but all i know is that she is stressing out about this shes a sinlge mom with two kids please any help i can get will be appreciated by both her and me thanks in advance

went to a jewerly store for my son wanted to return a necklace on a cash card i had purchase. long story short. the lady did not want to give cash back and was real rude. I told her that i felt as if she was been rude and she started yelling i told her please do not yell at me i have not raised my voice once with you and she begin yelling even louder i ask her name and told her i was going to report her to the manager she said go ahead it's my husband. i told please stop yelling i am not raising my voice at you again she told me to get out the store get out get out and said you was going to call security.any way when she was yelling my son said mam there is no need to call security we are leaving and my daughter was wondering why the lady was yelling at me. upset about this all.

Took 2200.00 out of my trust account. Never recieved bill. 22 court appearances since 11/04 without clean title and cash equalization to be paid in 120 days. Attorney curses at me and tells me I am insaciable. told me to leave the court house or he would have me arrested.
