she came over to my home and beat on the door and threw rocks at the window. Of course she was gone by the time the police arrived.

she has called our home many times over 50. we have changed the number four times.
She harrasses us both. He has a child with her. So, why he want to put up with the madness in order to see his child. I don't have to. I looking to file a restraining order to file some type of charges for being harrassed by the over obsessed ex-girlfriend that will not let go.

Get a restaining order on her and if that don't work than woop her butt. No seriously get that restraining order and just notify the police abouther behavior if she shows up or calls and record everything phone calls and video tape her if possible.

You have not enough facts to get a real opinion.

Harassed how? When? Where? Did anyone else see this?

Under some circumstances you could get a restraining order to keep her at some distance.

make a police report so it can be documented. those stand up in court. also, get a restraining order. and if she is making harrassing phone calls, talk with your phone service provider to see how to trace the calls. you can also make a police report for those.

the restraining order is the way to go but if hse does anything to damage your property, make a police report no matter how trifle it may be and document everything that she does, time and place
