I would suggest Wood...

charcoal is a form of wood that's easy enough to light- and it doesn't smell nearly as bad as burning plastic.

it's also cheap and legal, a definite plus.

Paper can be found at grocery stores, office supply stores, almost anywhere. Gunpowder requires an ID to purchase, and can usually be found at a firearms dealer.

pretty much everything is flammable, especially if they are made from plastic.

pick up any plastic container. they are made from petroleum based products.
