I would report them to the better business bureau. She was using abusive tactics to keep from giving you a refund. You can also call a local TV show and have them do a piece. That works too. Or you can have a policeman go in with you to transact your business and see if she gets nuts again.

you said you purchased it in a cash card? Is that a debit card or a debit card with a MC/Visa logo.
If the card has a MC/Visa logo these logos carry buyer protection even on a debit card you may contact your bank or look on your bank website for details in disputing the debit based upon her being an uncooperative merchant refusing communication from the purchaser. she is suppose to communicate with you an tell you specifically why she accepts or refuses to credit your transaction. If she refuses, you can contact your bank and ask them to look up the charge and to contact her merchant account holder to file a complaint against her. This is the fastest way. Her merchant account holder will not mess around. She will be given 30 days to prove her case or her account will be terminated and this will make her unable to accept future cards from other cardholders if she does not comply. Otherwise,
If the purchase is $25.00 or more then you can file a complaint through your local states attorneys office. Better Business Bureau is an optional opt in membership for business owners and does not have legal ease over such matters.

Unless the goods were faulty in some way, you had no right to expect anything. Your son made a purchase - that's a contract involving the exchange of goods for money. Contracts are not reversible unless that is specifically agreed by the parties. In a normal store purchase, unless the goods are unfit for sale, you do not get your money back.
She was rude and you shouldn't shop there again. End of story.

Call local news department with consumer affairs department that would be interested in this kind of story.
You can also report them to Better Business Bureau.
However, jewelry stores frowns upon "returns", as it's often been used as "free rental" for a big event, and even after that they have to verify it's completely intact and clean before they can sell it again. If they told you "no refund", then I don't see what you can do about it. Bad customer service is just that, bad customer service.

1st of all call the Better Business Bureau and report them as having bad business practices. And, Yes, you do have a civil case against that establishment to get your money returned to you. On the receipt, does it say anything about a return policy? How about a sign in the store? If it says no CASH back you have no case. But you can still report them for bad customer service and a hostile environment. If it says returns with a receipt you do have a case.

They do not legally have to accept returns. She doesn't have to give cash back. I worked in the hospitality industry for years and have done cashier work. Personally, I feel it is not the fault of staff that there is a certain management or corporate policy. The staff must protect the interests of the employer or else, will be guilty of breaking policy. That is not in the job description.
A better approach would be not to upset staff members or the public and call the manager or leave a note for him instead, asking for a credit or exchange.

If the recite say no cash returns you have no recourse. So I suggest you check the recite. In some states they have to give you a 3 day period in which you can change your mind.
As far as the rude sales person there is nothing you can do about that. Just let people no what kind of business this. Warn them about the unprofessional ism.

I agree. If voters are banned from weapons, criminals and crazies will nonetheless have them no count what. they are asserting they want weapons banned because of the fact this is going to "rigidity criminals to paintings with much less useful weapons, and that they gained't have the skill to get attack weapons". no longer actual. whats up, why do no longer they make it unlawful to be a criminal? which will rigidity all criminals to renounce being criminals precise? incorrect. Banning drugs did no longer something to maintain human beings from getting them, so banning weapons quite won't provide up criminals. figuring out and combating criminals and insane human beings will provide up gun crimes. Banning weapons from voters won't. yet of direction, liberals basically desire to take our weapons away no count what. they desire to stay in a communist society the place the government controls each and every thing. Our 4 fathers knew that whoever had the projectile weapons could have the skill. this is why they gave all voters the terrific suited to weapons. So the government would not grow to be mad with skill, and so the voters can guard themselves and not ought to place self belief in the government. this is time we combat those liberals and enable them to know who's boss. they have not anyplace in our usa, attempting to violate our shape and eliminate our rights.

In the situation that you describe, you have no legal rights. The store owner can treat you any way they like. They can kick you out for any reason, or no reason at all. If you have a legitimate dispute, your only recourse is to sue them (for a merchandise problem, not their treatment of you).
