If you don't feel comfortable talking to him directly, then talk to a higher manager or HR. Don't get yourself and your buds in trouble. The idiot's not worth that.

There isn't a legal spending limit based on age. The idea of wanting such a law also seems against the ideology of a free society. However how you raise your child is your business. Though, if the child spent his money on a item that he could legally buy, then why should the store lose money buy giving a full refund for something they cannot resell at full price? I don't see a legal or moral basis for it. Pay the restocking fee, and move on.

Basically, you just want to beat someone up and you are looking for a reason. You need to be locked up for a very long time - and once you are in prison, I'm sure you will have plenty of new playmates - you won't be able to beat them up.
Any normal well-adjusted and worthwhile member of society would know that they do not take the law into their own hands. Aside from the fact that this is most likely just in your head (who said you were so interesting in the first place?) even if it were true, you should persue this in an adult fashion by going to the HR department in Krogers and making an official complaint.

Well I would not do any violence on the guy unless you want to become an inmates new blushing "bride" in jail.
Why don't you go talk to a lawer and take the legal route.
And why are you hanging around this store anyway are you in love ? Do you work there ?
(P.S. I do not read any e-mail from members so don't bother sending me any -- I just select and delete )

If he touched you it is your duty to turn him in because sexual harassment is a crime and the Kroger Company has strict rules and will fire someone for sexual innuendo or touching someone inappropriately! He will be fired and a no rehire placed on him so he can not hurt anyone else!

It's not worth an assault/hate crime charge. That's serious time behind bars.
Just take your frustration out on a punching bag or something

Report him to your supervisor. That is a form of sexual harrassment and you don't have to put up with it. If it continues to happen then i'm with you. Take him outside and beat him down. They already have record of him bothering you from before.

If he's making you uncomfortable, tell him so. Find another job and tell him he's making a very hostile work environment.
