They only party after 10:30 in the nite, they are really loud, we have ask them to knock it off, called the landlord, police no one wants to do anything to help us we own, they rent. Its a quite neighborhood our bedroom faces there living room, they hang out on the front porch, in between the houses. Any ideas to get them to move out? I work most week-ends in the medical field, I fear one of these mornings I going to screw up and hurt someone.

Are they annoying any of the other neighbours John? I've found out the only thing to do is fight fire with fire. Wait for them to go to sleep - start making lots of noise.
Failing that, could you sleep in another part of your house, where you wouldn't hear them so clearly? I know its an inconvenience, but when they've finished at college they'll move away. Mind you, others might come in their place, who are even noisier.
Perhaps you should think about selling up and moving? It would be a hassle and expense but you might be much happier.

its easy, figure out what time they like to sleep & keep making their car alarm go off every time they walk back in the house so they cant sleep.presuming they own 1.Or pick up some flyers about free drinks at local bars to tempt em out of the house party scene.Also you can print up some flyers of your own about some really cool club with free drinks availble & send them on a wild goose chase., ya know just for the fun of it.MOST IMPORTANT relax they will flunk out of school & leave soon enough.

1) Keep calling the police, they have to show up, that will break up the parties
2) They are in college, at the very worse they will be out before you know it, it is a temporary problem; you have a light at the end of the tunnel

How about general harassment? Throw road kill under their house, list their names and phone #'s in the gay newsletters, put a sign in their yard, "registered sex offender lives here". Get even, it may not make them move, but you'll feel better.

Stuff some drugs and illegal porn in their car and then call the cops.
