I am puzzled over this Sandy Berger scandal. It is pretty much accepted that he took documents illegally which he admitted. Thats not what bothers me. What bothers me is that no one seems to be asking on 'what' exactly was he hiding. I have looked everywhere on the Internet. Does anyone know?

Can't we have fair laws in india ? This new bill gives protection only to women. what about men who are victim particularly from the hands of their wifes? Though its rare but it happens. Are our politicians stupid? why simply not make a bill which states that anybody who commits domestic violence against anybody male or female will be punished? Thats the case in America and Britain. If in america a women hits her husband or another man then she is punished. Everybody is suppose to be equal before law then why so much discrimination in India?. If we are not ready to accept that women can commit domestic violence then we are fools. women these days are commiting all kinds of crimes. women have been recruited even as terrorists. Don't forget that Rajiv Gandhi was killed by a women.Women rights should be respected but they certainly cannot be above the principals of equalty and law. Laws should be made to deliver justice to the people and not legal terrorism to the male population.

I am being sued for debts I cannot pay. The court ruled I am liable for the principal but not the interest on the amount owed. The credit card company and I go before an arbitrator the end of February. My only income is my social security checks each month. Can the legal system garnish these wages which are already under the national poverty level?

I have written to every radio station in TV station newspapers within 50 miles. But no one will take interest enough to put my story and print or on the news.
In United States would like to have a law change, the law call the deadbeat dad law the deadbeat dad law was designed because man who did not want to pay their child support. Even if they could afford because all their own reason. In 1989 to become disabled in 1993 was divorced during the time of the divorce was in the hospital. I was charged $192 a week for child support. With no income. I tried for years to change it. But as in many states, you can not go retroactive back on child support payments have been taken off. I know not the only one in a situation here in the same situation, not willing to help, please e-mail me or leave a message like in contact thank you very much.. added :: because of owing child support. I can I get my passport this to needs to change. FAST

right now he has custody of children because of his dirty ugly little games. i live in GA.i have also been involved in car accident and have extensive medical bills. just recently found out he has terminated insurance on our entire family. i think he was probably put on his parents insurance along with the kids. is this legal? and will he be forced to pay any bills that are not covered since he has canceled it? i do already have an attorney but just figured id ask you guys!!

what if u or group of people of state want that a person indivisual to be headed on the post of any President Prime minister or any minister but the constitution of ur nation says that He is not capable of being headed on said post then will it amount be the voilation fundamental rights or rights of the people attach with the certain people and right to life and right to there wishes will it amount be proper justice and equality on that ground?

A story in the Washington Post today described how a federal judge ruled against Iran regarding a bombing of US soldiers in Saudi Arabia in 1996. Doesn't this violate the sovereignty of Saudi Arabia and possibly Iran? If not, why not? What is its constitutional basis? Has this question ever been addressed by the Supreme Court? What are the limits of US federal jurisdiction in cases like this?

Im a traditionalist at heart so naturaly im thinking noose at dawn...but im willing to put the final choice to the british public and citizens of the commonwealth. Viking form of execution is a very entertaining alternative but i happen to be a dog lover.... would wish any creature on earth to be forced to choose between blair en starvation.
