Every state has a different time limit on this. In Okla-coma, I have to wait ten years and then file for a pardon and get that granted and then go for expungement of the crime on my record.

I don't remember the website, sorry. Look up ___________(state) pardon/expungement laws.

Let's see...he committed a felony, was convicted, and received his punishment...now he wants some of the consequences removed?

I think the order of events is wrong...he should have thought of this stuff prior to the felony.

But to answer your question...call a lawyer.

his probation officer should have helped him get his civil rights restored... you talk about a pardon ,,,, only the governor pardon in each state. and the president...
