No. I am from New Orleans, and I got caught doing a #1 on the street in the French Quarter. The cop gave me a public indecency ticket.

And if #1 isn't legal, #2 SURE isn't.

This ain't China, jack. We are actually clean here, and don't drop trow wherever we please.

This is why we are having health issues with the produce in this country, workers voiding in areas where food is growing and it gets washed into the growing area. Hepatitis is spread by human waste as are many other things, so it is a large matter of public health and safety.

It is illegal to urinate on the streets because the US is always saying that is inhumane. They backed it up by saying that is destruction of public property and exposing genitals nudely.
Almost every other developed country made it illegal, except Asian developed countries.

Yes it is illegal.
It is indecent exposure.
And I don't know how it is in China, but here in the US, we don't want to watch someone taking a poo, let alone have to deal with cleaning up the aftermath.

In my country Finland it is fine, what is the difference between a dog peeing on a tree or human. I don't recall anyone doing the number two.

Yes it is illegal in most areas. And its because of the diseases associated with the bodily fluids. Besides some people don't want to see that.

Because there are standards of behavior that are not acceptable in this country. We don't let you drown unwanted babies either.

This is also a public health issue.
