In the name of students Union a lot of Goonda elments patronised by political parties ar roaming the college and university campuses in northern India.It has become dificult for the teaches,profesors/chancellors and vice chancellors to survive this Goondaism. Recently a professor was killed by the so called student goondas and the case appears to have been suppressed by the concerned political party. If a boy /young man is going to college for education he need not have a union. Why these politicians who are on their toes to amend the constitution for all sorts of rightful rulings of the court would not amend the constitution banning all kinds of political activities and ban formation of students Unions?Is it because the sons of politicians who are mostly goonds cannot pass examinations?

Much of the division and hatred in society at the moment seems to be caused by an extreme in political correctness, do you agree? Before you tell me about how all Radio,TV, satellite transmissions/signals are unwittingly sent (leaked) to space as well, let me clarify my question. ... What I am asking is: Can you "legally" transmit signals to deep space without them being meant to be picked up on Earth by a receiver (i.e. a TV, a radio, a satellite, etc.)? Or is there a law against a one-way transmission to space? ... Also, do you need an FCC license of sorts to transmit signals to deep space? Serious answers only please. In other words, kindly refrain from cute, "ET call home" commentaries :-)

I know this has been asked but its all closed to new answers. Anyway, I believe, being Christian, the death penalty is wrong. Yes, they may have killed someone themselves, but it doesn't mean they deserve to die. Surely that would mean the person who killed that person would then have to be killed? I think abortion is wrong too. Life starts when a child is concieved, not born. Having an abortion is like killing a child. I believe its a selfish thing to do, and if the mother does not want the baby, she should give it up for adoption.

What age do I need to be able to fly alone from England into America? I thought 17 was a legal age.
Also, to use the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), do I need to be a certain age to use that too? And if so, what?

Do I need parents consent? etc

I got divorced in 1994 and got custody of my 3 children, we had seperated 3yrs before when my children were 3,2, and 6 months old. So now my kids are 18, 17, and 15. My kids havn't seen there mom since we divorced in 94, she has not sent a letter card or even call them. Now she's filing bankruptsy and I find out the other day she's taking me to court to file for custody and parental rights. Neither of us live in Nebraska but thats where the case is cause thats where we live when we divorce. I tried to get raise in support 6 months ago and was denied cause I moved the kids from the state without getting the courts permission. Actually we moved to the Philippines and I think she's counting on us not going to court so she can win and get child support stopped. The truth is we can't go back now cause the 2 kids are in college and we don't have the money to travel like that. Any sugesttions

She said she would pay me $1000.00 U.S. by August, but is being paying a little at a time, so far she still ows me 600.00 but acts as if she don't need to pay. Is being over a month since she hastn't pay anything. She signed a paper with a witness for the debt, is it enough proof to sue her?

I live in Atlanta, Georgia.
