Believe it or not, you can. Because you work in a porn, or at a porn company, it doesn't mean you can grope everyone in the place as soon as you walk in!

The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 states:

"Harassment is where there is unwanted conduct on the ground of a person's sex or unwanted conduct of a sexual nature and that conduct has the purpose or effect of violating a person's dignity, or of creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them. If an employer treats someone less favourably because they have rejected, or submitted to, either form of harassment described above, this is also harassment."

So yes, I'd say that would apply on the set of a porn film as much as anywhere.

You can be prosecuted for sexual harrassment in any area of employment. The issue is to do with someone making unwanted, repeated sexual advances on someone else. If the person persists, then it is harrassment.

If a person consents to having sex or taking part in sexual activities as part of a work activity then that activity cannot be construed as being harrassment but that is not the same as objecting to a fellow worker groping them or making untoward threats or comments that are outside of the work arrangments.

Absolutely. There are rules, the girls, and guys agree to what they will do in a movie and what they will not. When not filming they demand and receive the same considerations as anyone in any other profession. Consider strippers, no one in their right mind would think they have to put up with groping while working, or stripping outside the club, unless that is what they want to do.

Yes.

The porn industry is a workplace, and even though it's centered around sex there still can be inappropriate times and ways of talking to people. When you finish working you have the same rights to not be assaulted as everyone else.

If the woman files the sexual harassment charge yes. If the man files, the case will be thrown out of court. The court system is sympathetic to woman especially if the man is a white man

Ironically, it could be because you refuse to have sex, because you don't fancy her. That could lead to a kind or reverse sexism. That would be a good one for the industrial tribunal. The women always make the rules to suit themselves, however.

I believe that you would both be entered into a contractual agreement to prevent such things happening.
