should the Indian MPs facing criminal charges be suspended till their cases have been settlrd?

Even if this would mean half the parliament suspended

This is a good suggestion but who will decide this issue the parliament itself who can enact law regarding this but who are the people member of the parliament??? The MPs facing criminal charges & why should they make any such law that will throw them out of parliament !!!!!

The Indian Parliament is no better than Tihar jail as you find criminals, murderers, rapists, scammers , dacoits in it. Unparliamentary language is openly used in parliament.
