Council member, Tim Ohare, doesn't want to hear it. He is all for suppressing civil rights and making this once dominant white town again a predominately white town. Either that or just put arm bands on non-whites with an "H" imprinted on them.

Ohare will segragate the city like Nazis did during the second war. Non whites not allowed, Non-English speakers not welcomed, curphew for the hispanic sector, hispanic kids can't play with my kids.

Frankly I would care less for a man like Ohare. He'll find his judgement in the Bible belt. Cause its a new belt baby, and its turning brown as I type. A good brown of course. Everyone in America is all for the big melting pot called the USA.

This is Texas now, the home of boots, longhorns, cowboys, and Bush.

i need my wife's paystubs (she and i are getting a dissolutiion) to verify on the child support projection that what was posted was fair...is there a way to get them? she wont give them to me so am i at a stalemate? i need to verify the info with my lawyer, but the stubs is all that is holding us back. mind you i dont have a lawyer on retainer and she is getting help from the state so that x's me out. the child support projection puts me at about 2,000 dollars more than i make a year that can be rectified with my pay stubs...but i have the feeling she is lying to me about her projected income. so....in turn it brings me back to the question what can i do so that this wont go into a full blown divorce?

We cannot keep denying benefits to people just because of their sexual preferences. It is discrimination.

However, I also recognize that to some people, the homosexual lifestyle is very distasteful. Given that people have the freedom of religion, and separation of Church and state, the gov't cannot force churces to accept gays or perform marriages.

I would define Unions under law as a joint partnership for members of the gay society, and continue to keep the definition of Marriage between a man and a woman. I would then make sure that gay and lesbian partners of a union are given the same benefits as every heterosexual partner is entitled to.

What do you you think of this?

A lot of people say no because they will influence the child to be gay. Yet most of the homosexuals in this world were raised int a heterosexual family. Another thing is, who's business is it if a gay couple is raising a child, as long as he is well provided for and not being abused. People talk about the child being gay because the influence is that much higher. Most child abusers are heterosexual males, should we not allow them to raise children because the influence of the child growing up to be a child predator is that much greater? Who's business is it to interfere in someone elses life and dictate what they can and cannot do?

I am writing a paper on Shoplifting Policies and Prosecution, and I've been trying to find our Wal*Mart's policy since they just relax it for incidents under 25$.
I've called every 1-800 number from the regular Wal*Mart line to their loss prevention hotline. Each person tells me its confidental, and the last person I talked to, told me to call the police and ask them, but when in the hell would they know wal*mart's shoplifting policy.

Maybe it's out of frustration for wasting so much time to figure this out, but I feel this definetly isn't right that they would and could hold back information about how they will deal with the public, to the public.

Is this legal??? Where could I get this info???

A lot of people I've heard have been saying that homosexuals should not be allowed to raise children because they will influence the children to be homosexual. How do you explain then, the fact that most homosexuals come from straight families? Should straight couples not be allowed to raise children because there's a possibility that the children might be gay?

Nancy said in public her goal was to remove corruption from the House and make it the most honest House EVER. I guess I'm curious will she start with John Murtha who was never charged in the Abscam feasco although that video tape looked pretty damning(he made a deal to cooperate in the investigation), Alcee Hastings who was removed from a judgeship for improper conduct, or William Jefferson I think his name is who had a hundred thousand dollars in cold cash (it was hidden in his freezer). A couple of these folks (and I'm sure there are others) are slated for prominent posts in the new Congress.

IF Nancy does start cleaning the House will she start with her party first? My Dad always told me get the weeds out of your garden before you go pointing out the weeds in your neighbors garden.

I wonder who should take the full reponsibility? The church, the law or the non-government organizations?

I'm only asking you to pick a side and defend yourself.

I personally think the church or some religous organization should take it. It's to show that they do care for these people and will provide a home for them. So far, I haven't heard of any religous organization here who does just that. That is also quite odd... but...

The main issue is helping the child to recover and redeem him/herself... But which of the three should give the best kind of help?

I have major health problems and have no money to pay off the debt that I have gained by paying hospital fees. It seems that prisoners get health care under human rights laws so if I commit a crime and go to prison will I get into hospital? It seems that I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.

I don't have a license so therefore I do not drive. However, I have a car in my name that my now ex-boyfriend drives. He pays the car note/insurance. We had an arguement and now he is refusing to take my 1 year old daughter to day care. He's also refusing to even pick her up in the afternoon at least. If I take/pick her up myself, that means I have to walk to and from her daycare everyday. It takes 15-20 mins for me to walk to her daycare, not to mention she's been sick with a cold and the weather is rainy and i'm pretty sure we'll have snow someday. Anyway, I am livid at my ex's decision. He should not take this out on her. Even if I get a license, I cannot afford to pay the car note/insurance. I have good credit and don't want to ruin it. What are my options here? Can I talk to some authority figure about this? It's not fair to my young daughter and I'm willing to take some kind of action on this. i just don't know what I should do. Any suggestions?

Is it illegal in the US for a high school teacher to have sexual and romantic relations with a student OFF CAMPUS AND NEVER ON if the student is 18 years of age and consents?

this includes emotional and mental harm.
i am trying to maintain my child's right to an education and protect her at the same time. she was sexually assaulted (a young man put his hand down her blouse and groped her breast in a random act of violence) while waiting outside the principles office at the middle school. it was reported. the young man arrested. he was already on probation for drug issues. his parents responded by putting him in a christian school which he was recently expelled from. now he is back at the middle school. my daughter has been distraught from the beginning. she is young for her age raised on a ranch and is a good student. she is in the band, year book commitee, 4H and is active in our church. we live in a small town and have one middle school.

what role does the school have to protect my girl while she is at school. what do i say to the principle.
he goes to court next month.
