No, Indian law shall not accept a marriage which was written as a statement in stamp paper with sign of a witness. Because it accepts a marriage where it is registered with the registrar of companies or otherwise in any other manner as per the law in force.

is there a legalzation of a judge of civil procedure that declares you both in marriage contract? if only witness without legal entity.. no.
