Your fiance needs to report the rape, and file charges. I can't say that I blame you for your actions, BUT this is a legal matter at this point, and you must call the police. I know it is easier to just beat him within an inch of his miserable life, but to beat him at his own twisted little game, keep your hands off the scumbag, call the police, and press assault charges. Hopefully he will be sentenced as an adult, and put away for a while. Now getting back to your fiance, she could use some counseling, as well as medical treatment, and your support right now. Let the legal system take care of this ******, and you take care to see that she is going to be alright.

Well it really depends on who struck the first blow. If it was the minor then the adult acted in self defense and the case will be dismissed. If not, then if it is a first offense there is usually an order into anger management and a fine. If an adult strikes a minor first it doesn't matter if it is on public or private property it is still considered asault.

Are you suggesting that you want to beat the crap out of the 17 yr old? You'll be tried as an adult. Are you positive that your gf was raped?...Or is she just telling you that cuz she felt guilty or knew it would get out to you that they had sex & she's worried about losing you, so she told you that she was raped? I do know of dumb girls who have done that. Don't beat him up, or you could be spending some time in jail & have a record. If he raped her, she needs to turn him in to the police.

If he raped her (you'd better be damn sure), the only proper recourse is to drag him into the courthouse or police station and execute him. Any right thinking society would execute such criminals, and the fact that most people are content to let the "law" handle it disgusts me. Even if he is convected, he's underage, and will be out in a year with probabtion. That is not justice.

If there is a rape involved, then the involve the police before even considering violence on him - It won't help your g/f's case if you beat him up whatever the age, and rape is much more serious in the eyes of the law. get him locked up.
