He says since the new town is now my base he cannot pay for my relocation but can only pay if I go away from my base to another place. So he will have no responsibility to help me relocate.
Can I sue him for this?

For several years the court appointed conservators prevent me from knowing my grandfathers health. Do I have any rights? Where can I find help without paying tons of money to an attorney. Sometimes this is very difficult because the conservator now is my so -called mother.
She has made my life hell but mostly she does not care nor pay any attention to his wants and needs. His doctor appeases the conservator and told the nurse tonight not to tell me anything. Can they do this? What can i do?

Why do we have to put up with other races who come to us soil that can't speak the language here in America. It is really tiring to go to a store and buy something and ask for help with a employee there who can't speak the language here in America. Its frustrating!!

My best friend lives in Penticton,BC. Her parents are completely unfit to be, well, parents. They have drug problems, they drink, and recently her mother has been diagnosed with Lukemia. It is being treated in Vancouver where her father stayes with her 85% of the week while my friend stays at her home and takes care of her sister. She is 16 years old, and she wants to move out and live with me in Calgary, Alberta. However, she does not want her parents to go to jail or get in any trouble. I was wondering what the laws are and how she could go about this. Thanks.

My public high school orchestra which is located in the United States is scheduled to perform 'Hatikvah', the national anthem of Israel, at a large, public performance in New York City. Do you feel that this is an appropriate performance piece? Consider the controversial political and religious implications of the piece and the performing group. Thanks for your feedback.

I landed a cool, new job at a law library, however, it's in the downtown area where transients are quite ubiquitous.

This evening, a fellow came up to me as I was going into a 7-11 asking me for change. He said that he was behind his rent for three days and needed all the change he could get. I gave him the contents of my change pocket in my wallet and went on my way.

As I boarded the trolley to go home, I saw him on there, asking people for money. He looked a little ragged; his feet were dirty, etc. Something told me that he was probably asking for change to buy either drugs or booze.

My dad told me to NEVER, EVER give $$$ to the homeless. The pastor at my church said the exact opposite. Who is right? My pastor or my dad? The pastor's explanation is that God sometimes uses the money for good things (however, sometimes the homeless "misuse" those funds).

So should I have given the guy my change? Hey, it's not my fault he's behind on his rent.

Every once in a while, say for instance while my wife is washing the dishes, I sneak up on her and punch her in the back of the head. Not to be mean or anything, I just don't want her getting sloppy.

i had just finished working out & taking a shower & just slipped into some walking shorts when i caught him red handed trying to get away with some of my guns. I just began to kick @ss,he tried to bite me & i just rammed my fist down his mouth as far as i could until he began chocking,i was soooo mad but i was really enjoying this little ordeal,he was bigger than me but he didn't want the guns as much as i wanted to kick his @ss.Then he made a terrible mistake & called me a white honky redneck i took a pair of hair clippers i had used to give myself a close cut and cut his afro hair-do completely off & took a pair of siscors that i use on the ambulance & cut all his clothes off and threw him out in the front yard with the dogs, now he is suing me for abuse, will this stick?? They are acting as if i have killed somebody what can i do?
