At 18, you can act on your own by entering into contracts with others to establish a business. You can also marry and be emancipated from your parents.

Emancipated Minor - difficult legal process. Cannot reasonably do it without a lawyer and a good reason.

Since you are already 18 - the law already sees you as independent, you do not need their consent to do anything that you could otherwise legally do.

if in the USA you are legally independent from your parents at the age of 18. The law now see's you as an adult. All adult laws and issues now pertain to you.

Get emancipated. Go to the court house and apply for it.
