For several years the court appointed conservators prevent me from knowing my grandfathers health. Do I have any rights? Where can I find help without paying tons of money to an attorney. Sometimes this is very difficult because the conservator now is my so -called mother.
She has made my life hell but mostly she does not care nor pay any attention to his wants and needs. His doctor appeases the conservator and told the nurse tonight not to tell me anything. Can they do this? What can i do?

You most ceratinly have rights under the law in this area. A consultation with an attorney is a must. But, if it costs $100 or so, it may be worth spending.

There may be free legal help in your area if low income or senior. It may help to contact the ACLU.

Good luck.
