Yes, it's not a serious toxin, but crooked politicians love to posture about how much they care about protecting you -- so -- it will probably stay illegal.
And the public likes to be coddled -- a dangerous sign and weakness in the body politic.

Well, considering the fact that in 1000 people surveyed, adults over the age of 18 that is, that 99% of them admit to having smoked marijuana at one point in their life, and the fact that marijuana has never been proven to be physically addictive, i would say yes, well honestly yes and no, because I think it should be illegal to smoke it around children.

F*cking-A yes it should! There would need to be "some" sort of regulation, though. I worry about first-time users being behind the wheel. Generally, though, marijuana doesn't disrupt one's driving ability anything like alcohol.

Sure. I dont burn but I think it will stop a lot of innocent people from filling up our prisons for stupid posession charges. Pot heads as a rule dont hurt anybody.
