There a tons of crooks out there wanting to just screw you. I am talkink about the counselors and lawyers. Anyone with insight on getting thru this process of getting your licence back would be appreciated.

.... that the Defendant has within 20 days in which to respond to the "complaint". The Defendant has requested, from the Judge an "Enlargement of Time"; an additional 15 days in which to answer. To my knowledge- from the court records "docket" the Judge has not granted nor denied this request for an enlargement of time. Its been 20 days plus an additional 17 days and I still have not received an answer to the "complaint". Am I entitled to a Default Judgment? I'm pro se and can't afford to hire a lawyer...

After 25 min. on the English line I tried the Spanish line in 3 rings a woman came on speaking Spanish I informed her I speak only English She then started speaking in English to me but said she would have to speak to her supper. he said the cpu screens are in Spanish and to call back on the English line I Told him about the 25 min. wait and he said he could not Process the app unless I spoke to her in Spanish In America I told him this is discrimination I am being forced to speak Spanish In my Country were the National Language is English.
I called the English # back was on hold for over 45 min.
And called the Spanish line 5 times the average pick up was 3-4 rings. Why Should a bank in America be allowed to discriminate. Is this another one of this Co. that cater to the illegal immigrants or to just Mexican immigrants.
Here I am a disabled Vet and I am being Discriminated like this. What can be done about this Bank.

I've heard the argument that their profession is so highly technical that only a fellow lawyer could understand it, but surgeons who preform live donor organ transplants which are also highly technical are licensed through the state the operated in, so I reject that argument, as well as the argument that the public doesn't understand that criminals need a defense and that people would seek to revoke the license of a lawyer that defended a particularly reprehensible criminal, this might have been the case years ago but after so many Grishom movies and novels and so many lawyer shows on tv I don't believe that argument either, so what is left?

in 1984 beauford raymond howard passed on by suicide? his will is stamped 1987 by california court (kern county) , 2005 west coast land service in bakersfield sent us a letter wanting or surface access rights, the plot gets thicker from this point on with no help from the state or goverment, it seems there are thiefs running loose in the state not being pursued his lawyer won't talk, the state won't talk, what are they hiding? joseph maniaci says he has no ideal what i am talking about yet his name is on a deed of trust with my fathers, we have letters suggesting forgery by my stepmother, the last document with my fathers name on it august 2005, granting again to his children how can i get some answers out of these people, any advice,answers,help,questions,would be appreciated thank you ! spend money to make that promise come true. Is the other person leagal resposiable for repayment if they back out, of the promise...And you do have proof of it too. What can one do to get restatution regarding this promise..
