Both bride and groom must be 18. If under 18, but older than 16, parents can sign a release allowing the marriage. If under 16, you need approval from a judge from the Orphans court.

If you are not 18 years of age, then you have to be emancipated by your parents for you to become a "legal adult" other than that you can't get married unless that is done by your parents, and how old are you anyways?

If you're under 18 and want to get married there is something seriously wrong. You can't possibly know what you want in your life. You'd probably end up with a divorce in a few years when you realize you made a mistake.
