The Husband and wife are reconciled. Even the bible says that they two shall become one....his body is hers and hers is his.

The wife has NO rights to the child of another woman. Her husband may, if he chooses to claim paternity, his claim holds up. and a court grants him something more than just a financial obligation.

Quite frankly the bible doesn't matter at all.
Legally she can sue for custody BUT she must have other grounds for the suit. Just because of the affair? No. Now if she can prove the other woman is unfit AND her husband jointly sues WITH HER, then she can.

Yeah, the bible has nothing to do with child custody laws.

The wife CAN sue the mistress for the child however I don't see ANY judge giving custody to the wife.

If the husband sues his lover for custody it is a different story however unless the mother is proven to be unfit, it is not likely the father will get full custody.
