i mean. the people are fighting themselves. almost every country has it. its worse in africa and troops shud go there more. even india has violence in kashmir.(northern state of india) borders china and pakistan.

i think u should leave Iraq because you only got there to steal its oil & gas
not for any other reason ... no democracy, no nuclear wepons, no biological wepons,

Very complex question. Why do you think Americans should be horribly injured and die to stop violence in Africa or anywhere else? I don't want my son to die for some violence that has nothing to do with America. We were attacked repeatedly by Islamic Extremists over several decades with the level of the attacks escalating. War is horrible and the only justification is - would it be worse to not go to war. One thing we should have learned from Korea and Vietnam is NEVER go into a war half way, and let the troops die for nothing. Bush did not go to war without the approval of congress and a lot of other people. They ALL were fooled by the false intelligence (at worst, I suspect he was biased toward believing it). The fear that the next 911 might involve a nuclear weapon was the over riding factor. So, the next major dilemma is what to do about Iran? If we need to take military action against Iran, Iraq is the right place to be.

Being in Iraq has always been a big mistake for the US. Doch is toppling Hussein the best thing to do. Now, the US should really leave everything to the Iraqis hands. They're fight themselves because of provocation. They're mature enough to live on their own, man.

In fact if we left there would be a civil war between the Sunnis and the Shiites. So us being there is preventing it. We have to stay until it settles because there isn't enough structure there to keep peace.

we got ourselves in a terrible position , we have to finish the job before leaving , and what would that entail? there is no specific objective to when we are done that we know of anyway , but I agree let them solve their own problems , i think by now we made our point not to mess with us

no, we need to stay there. We're helping Iraq get figured out AND trying to stop al-quaida. So..... would you rather the war be here or there?
