in 1984 beauford raymond howard passed on by suicide? his will is stamped 1987 by california court (kern county) , 2005 west coast land service in bakersfield sent us a letter wanting or surface access rights, the plot gets thicker from this point on with no help from the state or goverment, it seems there are thiefs running loose in the state not being pursued his lawyer won't talk, the state won't talk, what are they hiding? joseph maniaci says he has no ideal what i am talking about yet his name is on a deed of trust with my fathers, we have letters suggesting forgery by my stepmother, the last document with my fathers name on it august 2005, granting again to his children how can i get some answers out of these people, any advice,answers,help,questions,would be appreciated thank you ! Whatever may have happened, you have done an abysmal job of presenting it here. Each fact seems completely divorced from every other. Who is Beauford Raymond Howard? Why doesn't he capitalize his name? Whose lawyer won't talk? Why was Joseph Maniaci seen hanging out at the Tool Box Bar three nights ago?
Find an attorney, pay for a consultation and explain the entire story. My guess, however, is that you already have and the lawyer told you that there was nothing you could do. If so, I suggest you go with that advice.
