Why is it hard for people to understand the difference between killing and murder.

I just had a retard email me through Yahoo Questions and told me that George Bush really is a mass murderer because he has ordered airstrikes that have killed "thousands" of innocent civillians.

Well, this is war, we're trying to root out insurgents. I believe the President is acting in good faith when he orders airstrikes that those killed will be insurgents or other enemy combatants. I highly doubt he has the intent to murder civilians.

You put a man in a coffin like cell with senses all controlled and with occasional beatings and torture, what would you do?When you are a suspect you are innocent until proven guilty.or does that applies only to Americans. Then again even if they are guilty they are never sent back to the country where the crime was originally commited? With all that in mind what would you do?"That is an act of war" so say the moron with no heart.

I am starting a TNN (tech news now) podcast, and I was wondering if it is okay to use a modified cnn logo (I have included my idea for one in the link) as my logo.

Would this go against trademark laws, or is it okay since the logo is changed?

the link to the logo I am thinking about is this:

freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and the war on terrorism, and the terrorist act on people of usa

its just a ploy (or a terroristic act) to declare that invasion of privacy can and will be used againt you or any one else, and for congress, or the house to pass a bill or set a law allowing this is against our wrights, and is treason to the very ones they serve (US) and to deny freedom of access or monitering, of conversations and useing information to bust some one of US is a clear violation againt the constitution, in the votes declared in the senate this morning the aye's are clearly for the people, the not voting are still smart, (not voteing on something that is against or wrights), and the nays are clearly treason and all who voted nay should be relived of there positions and criminal charges should be brought againt them, for all are to support the constitution no matter if they agree or not, other wise they are overthrowing that which they should be for, THE EQUAL PROTECTION OF USA. and if you think that no they amended that check again may be even read the constitution again and see it can never be changed. and any who try are terrorist in thier own fight, and the death penalty is in effect for them....un american bastards that they are change america, hell how about standing in defense of the one and same

In capital punishment states shouldn't it be the death sentence. In non-capital punishment states shouldn't it be life in prison? If the anti-liberty groups get their way and abortion is made illegal; abortions will still occur. Will it make the anti-liberty folks rejoice at the killing and jailing for life of all doctors, or back alley hacks who perform abortions and the women who seek them???

I seem to think so. I see a lot of sentences passed down that are outrageously excessive, and I have seen figures showing that this nation has the highest number of incarcerated persons in the world.

What is wrong?

I have just discovered through a background check for a new job, that although my employers told me they would take care of it, that there is a warrent out for me regarding the matter. If I go to jail, I don't get the new job (very much needed) and myself, my fiance, and my 2 month old daughter are screwed more than ever. I have NO idea what to do and cannot find any free attorney advice that is actually free. Help?

Canadian bank claimed a loan on our home was not ours for 2 years. Bank didn't consult us, and eventually cancelled the direct payment from our account Nov 2005. This account was paying them and servicing the loan for almost 2 years. We sent fax and mail to bank to tell them they need to take money out ASAP. The bank refused our money for payment at teller in Ontario Bank Branch in Dec 2005. They did however take 2 or 3 payments.. Now 6 months later April /May 2006, the bank through a legal firm claims in a law suit that we refused to pay them. They are working with the fraud artist to try to take our home away from us. Note, the bank didn't do due diligence and neither did the lawyfirm who set up the loan. Person used different names to evade problems and this impacted us badly. We went to bank omnbusdman and they said an investigation was being done, but nothing took place. A bank agent contacted us after we called them, said, bank couldn't talk to us. We are not on loan

Basically I want to set up a referal program where if someone refers someone to me and they buy, I reward the person who referred them. My original idea was going to be, I made cards that explained the program and inclosed my business cards and the person who refers the clients to me would write their name and number on the back of the card and if the person who bought presented me with it, I would reward the referrer with a $25 cash bonus. Apparently that is illegal and called "birddogging" and I want to know if there is a way around it. Please help!
