My daughter's father has been scheduled to a deposition, by my lawyer. He is trying to get 50% custody and has lied about many things, including actually supporting her in any way! he is a 2 time felon, and is currently getting supervised visits. he showed no interest in her prior to our break up. We broke up because he did not pay attention to my daughter and he was emotinally abusive. I have tried to expose all his lies. It's hard because everyone who really knows him, knows the truth! i'm scared that the judge will be manipulated into believing his lies. will he be exposed by his own words?

i do not think that gay marriage should be allowed. marriage is the union of a man and woman. im just interested in knowing why people think its ok. how far are we going to let society go?? what next, we wont be able to deny our feelings for our pet goat so we are going to push for the legalization of marraige with animals. somewhere a fine line has to be drawn!!

It has been revealed that web servers, including Yahoo, have turned over some of their records over to the federal government. True, this could sound paranoid, but the media coverage on the secret wiretaps one has to wonder what else the government is looking into.

I've rented a room since 3/30/06 and started a new job whick doesn't pay until the 7/1. I was living paycheck to paycheck so I can't pay this weeks rent. On the receipt of the contract I signed it doesn't mention anything about if I can't pay. The only thing it says is the date available, weekly rent, and that utilities are included.

After reaching an agreement with the court involving a plea bargain from forgery down to a charge of a bad check here's what happenned.I fulfilled 11/29 unsupervised probation with no other problems. The agreement was I could go before the court for an exspungement but the court clerk won't put me on the docket without a lawyer. They tell me there are certain papers that have to be drawn up by a lawyer but I don't see why I can't act as my own counsel at this point.I can not afford another lawyer and isn't it my right to act as my own counsel?

What does the question mean in your mind? Why do people think that all offenders are molesters or rapist? Why are people not worried that the neighbor is a convicted drug dealer? Why is it ok, to violate these peoples rights that after they have finished their time, they must still do more time by registering for 10 or more years. I realize that some of these people are never going to change and are a danger to people, and I think after the second time the rules shouls apply, but there are people out there who just make one mistake and learn from it, and it is qutie right to punish them for life due to one bad call on their part!
