That was the worst James Bond movie EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

yeah I had one along time ago. I thin it was back in 65' i received my license to kill. I killed many, but only when necessary. Hate government trusted me with top secret information which lead to my receiving of my license to kill. I then started drinking and became an alcoholic..I killed many in my neighborhood for no apparent reason. My license was suspended then revoked years later. To this day.. I still can bare to live with the fact that I indeed had a license to kill.

I had the closest thing to it but it was obviously suspended when I got popped back in the eighties & did seven years for an unsanctioned hit so if ya gotta ask, you'll never qualify for one. Sorry but that's just the way it works, ya gotta actually find your work somewhat distatseful in order to be qualified for it in this particular case so I guess you're stuck like chuck outta luck, sport!

I did.
It was called a hunting lisence.
I never got to kill anything though before it expired.
Most states issue them.
Why do you HAVE to know?

On a deployment, we are required to carry a rules of engagement card. It explains when deadly force is to be used.

for wildlife, yes and yes. violations of certain wildlife statutes can cause the revocation of the license.
