10-20 years imprisonment, death if they take a life. If less than $100 is taken, then less than 10 years if noone was injured.

The robber would be prosecuted on a Federal level. Not only would the robber serve a lengthy sentence in a Federal facility, but most likely a fine or restitution. Following would be years of probation. Also, this person would always have a criminal record as a felon. Factors of the robbery would determine the persons penalties based on Federal guidelines. Such as how the robbery was performed (armed or unarmed), even the amount of cash robbed. Also, whether the robber had any prior convictions or felonies.
