Can there really ever be justice on stolen land? Does the hypocrisy of the way in which America was established (i.e. on slavery and the theft and murder of Native American land and people) negate the legal system and the concept of liberty and justice for all?

House is vacant and not kept up. Was being rented and now has no tenents. House does not have a lawn but rather all weeds. Subdivision is upscale ($400K+) and does not have covenants that address this issue. Is there any law that I can reference to see what my options are. House in question is in Warren County, Ohio

The comany freaking stole donated goods. The people who blew the whistle got fired.

And the company got their hands slapped.

Um, thoughts?

Say some guy enters and speaks in what are public web forums anyone in the public can register and use. Include forums you don't have to register or login to that are open to the public. The guy that speaks has not set up the forum.

For a certain paragraph he writes, some police go find out the ISP of the poster, determine which computer, (also, who), then jump out to his house and charge him with a threat statute against the police.

I want any cases, cites, from any state, decided at any level in the process, where the above conditions are fairly closely met.

PLEASE HELP!

What legalitites/laws would you be breaking if you had a child with a married women? What if she had told you she was single and ensured you she was seperated? What benefits would she be trying to pursue by doing this. She is not pregnant but it seems like she is trying to? She ensured me she was seperated.

My friends was married for 3 mo's, was on the west coast and when he came back, she had him served with restraining orders from HIS HOUSE and her work!! She forged checks against his account [the bank is filing charges against her], left him without money - she has another guy living with her. The house and all the contents were all his before the marriage - she wants it all. She has sold some of his belongings for drugs and was fired from her job for smoking crack in the bathroom. So HOW can judges so easily 'remove' a man from his home, leave him homeless, penniless - as a women, myself, it aggravates me how unjust the system really is. Don't you think that if someone 'charges' you with something that you should be able to defend yourself and make her 'prove' her charges first? Man this so ticks me off I can't let go of this anger.

There have been a fair number of news stories as of late, where emminent domain was enacted to make people sell their property, regardless of whether or not they wanted to leave. Do you think that the people who are forced to sell get a fair price for their property? Do you see this as a violation of peoples' rights?

I signed a lease for an apartment and did an inspection of the unit w the landlord afterwards. It was obvious that the bathrooms and kitchen had not been cleaned. There is great staining and residue everywhere. It is not dingy but just plain dirty. My landlord made a notation of it and we both signed the inspection sheet. I have the feeling they are not going to clean the unit. What can I do at this point? Am I required to clean up the mess of the prior tenants? Why did my landlord not clean up before my lease began - isn't this required? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
