my pocket knife blade is 3.26 inches long and i was wondering if that was legal....

3-6". Yeah, yours is legal.

years ago different states had rules such as 4", but thats not true anymore. there is no blade length for a "Pocket knife" but just because a knife folds, does not make it a pocket knife, a two inch razor folding knife is a weapon, a 6" folding fish fillet knife is a utility knife, so the design of the knife is more of a factor these days. can't go wrong with a standard old pocket knife, regular blade 3 t o5" long.

Not sure but I believe that legally you can carry a knife around if the blade is 6 inches or shorter. It may vary from state to state but I carry a boxcutter around for protection and when I was stopped the police stated it was legal.

It depends I know in MD if you have a pocket knife on you over like 4 inches and it's not displayed on your person, you can get in serious trouble if found with it, probably concealed weapon charges.

It might be just outside, as I've heard the blade is no longer than 3 inches.

No longer than the pocket you put the knife in unless you fold it first. If you don't you'll regret it.

In Massachusetts the blade cannot be longer than the palm of your hand.

in the uk any knife that is over 3 inches long is illegal to carry outdoors without proper reason. so its it is ok to have it at home. also it is illegal if the knife locks in to place ie lock knife
