She is really small and I have to feed her through a syringe so that she doesn't get hypoglycemic. She is feeling warm to me and her nose is not wet. She is not wanting to play. Should I take her to the vet? How can you tell if a puppy has a fever?

They snap and won't even let us touch their feet. How often are dogs supposed to get their nails trimed? And roughly how much is it to have a groomer or vets office trim them for me?

I have come up with a few.... such as:
Sky
Symphony
Sinatra
Arabelle (which means "beautiful eagle")
Kerky
Lefay
Irina
Aloulia
Akira
Sora
Shantay (means "enchanted")

my husky pup looks like a puppy version of the maya off of 8 below (shes a wolf-gray color). Except she has more white on her face but its pretty much the same, Except she has beautiful sky blue eyes and she has the sweetest most laid-back attitude. she is the perfect puppy & she is so beautiful

I have already taken her to a vet. She says my baby is fine. Up to date on all shots, already been spayed, but just doesn't seem to be eating like she should to me. A worm test has not been done, & I don't see any in her poo either. Could she still have them?

I just got an apricot toy poodle yesterday. I feel like he is a little bit too big to be a toy tho, but the lady who sold said he was toy. he is only 2 months old but he weighs 4.85lbs and is kinda big. Before I bought him i saw one that was one and a half months and it was TINY. And I had a toy for 15 years (he recently died, i miss him so much), and i dont remember him being that big at 2 months, what do u think?

I was walking my shih-tzu in my front yard. I had him on a leash as I always do. Well, all of a sudden he saw a cat and started to run and jerked really hard on the leash and I accidently dropped it. He started to run into the street and a truck was coming, I screamed and the truck stopped, but my dog was already under the truck. The miracle was, my dog ran out from under the truck, scared to death to me. The driver kept telling me he was sorry and was my dog ok. I told him I thought he was. The truck was high off the ground, so it did not hit my dog, and the truck strattled him so he was not ran over or anything. So my question is, should I still take him to the vet. My husband saw what happened through the window and said I did not need to take him seeing that he was not hit, and the truck strattled him. What do you think?

We adopted a Treeing Walker Coonhound from a rescue. I didn't know anything about this breed so did not ask when we adopted her, but her tail has been docked, which I have since found out is not common. Anyone know why this would have been done?

Will it affect my dog (6 year old Tenterfield terrier) if he drinks cows' milk like we do, or no milk at all? He eats Purina dry food and has water.

(I know he's not a cow, but neither are most people and we drink it!)
