Try petfinder.com, the local animal shelter, and local rescues. Look up rescues around Onia on google.
Do not buy from a pet shop.

you need to look at the human societies, Dont worry able him being fixed. there are too many dogs to begin with, why would you want to breed more dogs so they all end up in the kennels and most likely will be put to sleep
