I have an unnuetered 1 year old male shar-pei and we've seen him ejaculating on our covers while he's sleeping! It's very gross, besides neutering him, is there anything we can do? Also, is this normal, you CAN NOT find this info. on the web, trust me, try a search & see what you get...it's NOT about dogs!

He is going to be 2 years in march.
He really likes to eat them. I don't know if they are good for him though.

I have a 3 year old shitzu that was my grandmothers dog up until about a year ago. We broke him of an aggrassion problem and thought he was going to make a great family pet. Than my husband and I went on a trip for a week and when we came back he was a completely dfifferent dog, He is constantly humping our other dog, who is a male. And I mean tp the point of complete exhaustion, he isnt eating as much because hes too busy humping. And if we try to stop him he goes back into the aggressive barking snarling and biting. He bit my son on the leg todau when he tried to get daughters doll from other dog and interupted the shitzu. We have thought through and the only options are neuter him and see if it works, if not put him down. Or just put him down. I dont want to give him away and have him bite someone else. I guess i dont know what to do . Its alot harder being grandmas dog also. And he is fairly young to be put down.

I want a small dog under 30 pounds. I don't want one that is, or looks like a terrier. And preferably a dog that doesn't have long hair and is pretty calm. And not yippit, or yappity.

I have a 9m old Pug/Boston Terrier Mix. Whenever I leave her sight (even if its just that I take a shower and dont let her come in) she starts whining and barking and scratching at the door or if I put her in her crate start shaking her crate. Then once I come back, she will jump, and bark and nip a little bit. However, the whole time her tail is wagging and she'll calm down after a couple minutes. Is there anyway to have her calm down and have her not flip out the way she does when I'm gone even for a short period of time?

My husband and I want to get a Doberman soon, we haven't gone to any breeders yet because we live in an apartment right now and we won't be ready until we move into a home we're working on in about 2 months. We can't decide on what sex we should get though, are there big differences between female and male Dobermans? Is one more mellow than the other? More aggressive or protective? Or are there really no differences?

Ok, when I put her outside to poop, if she does not want to stay outside, she walks in the other direction and then runs back, or if you head towards a door, she follows you, I have about four doors, and sometimes I joke around, she follows you every where.

Claws, toenails, whatever the right word is! He has a damaged ligament/nerves so one of his "toes" sticks up & doesn't get worn down when he walks. Anyone got any information/advise on how to cut it? I've tried filling but that didn't work!

I have 2 pit bulls. They are currently inside, i brought them in cause the cold weather, But they seem to like it outside. They are always trying to get out. I have a kennel that is partially covered and an insullated dog house with hay on the ground. I'm worried if i put them outside they will get to cold. It gets near 0 sometimes at night here, im in central illinois. Is it to cold for them even with hay, insulated dog house, and partialy covered kennel?

Breeders claim to be improving the breed, and if you look at OLD photos, the breeds have changed over the years. I am wondering how each of you have improved your own breed.. How many generations do you think it takes to make a difference?

(I focus on longevity, health, gait, and trainability...as those are deteriorating in the breed..).

This dog is left outside 24 - 7 running around in a small kennel with 3 inches of feces. No water No food and even if water was given it would freeze. This dog is about 6 months old while they have an another dog (Lab Mix) that bit his own tongue off last winter... INTERESTING HUH!! I am concerned for the health of these animals but other than the sanitary condition do I have grounds to make a complaint over the dangerous temperatures?
