Where are most of the homeless dogs of US? What can we do to help them?
And also, does anyone have any good fundraiser ideas to help them? If so, what company shoud I give the money?
Thanks for helping! I appreciate it!

They're everywhere because simply put, there are too many dogs and not enough homes. Step 1 is to spay and neuter your own dogs, and urge everyone you know to do the same. Breeding is done to improve the breed so if you're not a professional breeder who knows what you're doing, there is no reason for your animal to be left unaltered.

One thing that you can do is find out what supplies your local animal shelter is in need of, and hold a donation drive. It could also be money, but shelters always need food, blankets, toys, etc. Ask about any low-cost spay/neuter clinics in the area, and if there aren't any, see what you can do to help start a program like that. Talk to shelter workers and people at vet clinics to see what their facilities can offer.

Good luck, and I appreciate how much you care about the animals!
