I know what you mean. sometimes you'd swear it's winking at you. try drawing a silly face around it with the opening as the mouth. It may still be evocative, but at least it will have an expression.

Bulldogs fart a lot no matter what food you have them on, but a high quality food does help.

Both of my dogs have the same problem. Doesn't matter which dog food I give them, they still fart constantly. Especially when I have company!
I'm sure we would have the same problem if we couldn't hold it:)
