Cats - March 2007

Lets get this straight, I am not someone that sells these kittens for experimental purposes, nor do I want to take a cat that already has a home. I've seen too many kittens sent to a shelter and be killed b/c they're too young and need extra care. If you dont want to respond fine, but dont accuse me of selling, killing or any other harmful act against any animal.

If you have any kittens, or know of anyone who has found kittens in the Raleigh, NC area contact us. We take these kittens, care for them and find them homes FREE of chrage.

My cats use Nutro because the Chicken Soup for the Soul was too rich for their tummies. NOW we are having success with the indoor Nupro and this happens. NONE of the food we have is affected but I am just freaking out... I have 7 cats ( I know crazy cat lady but it is hard for me to say NO to homeless kitties - YES they were all adopted).

Should I switch, if so what is a good brand with not to many fillers....

he is 5 yrs old and i have only noticed this in the past 2 days. when i changed he litter i noticed no stool but a ton of pee. he has thrown up three times and is not eating. the last time he threw up it was just water :S. he seems to be acting the same as he did before but i have noticed all these things. im at a loss. if nothing changes by tomorrow i think i will bring him to the vet. his name is Max ( maximus the gladiator) and hes my baby, please help.

ok..i think i got the mistaken cat thingy wrong in my other question..i have to give them away or my mom has to drop them off and than don't even have a home..now if i sell them thye will have a home and if i dump them than they won't.so i have no choice..i am trying to make it easier for you to understand..whci hone would u rather do..
dump cats off and have no home or sell them so they will have a home..
the reason why we are trying to give them away is casue 2 of my dogs are killing them..and we don't know what to do.

im not lieng because its on the main page of yahoo but my kitty has gotten sick and we stoped the cat food because we saw that it was causing our kitty to get sick,(after we figured out which one of two was puking) anyways it's wiskas pouches does anyone know where i can view the brands list and what symtoms should I look for to see if my kitty has any major problems, and what they maybe?

There is this cat that loves to come over our house, he also goes over to our neghbors house out back. I found out he used to live at my house but the previous owners left him. Anyway, tonight he was waiting at my door when I got home and he had a wound about the width of a dime on his back leg. It's pretty nasty looking, not gangrenous or anything. I know I shouldn't use antibiotic ointment as he likely lick it but is hydrogen peroxide safe to use? I used a wet cloth with very little soap to clean it a bit but I want to help him out a bit more. Thank you!

i am wanting to sell my cats.
i have like 17 cats.and 3 cats are pregnant.one just had a a litter of kittens(4).
i want to sell some of my cats in a parking lot at a store.but i don't know how much i need to sell them for?
ps.they are all furry and some are soo adorable
i am trying to save up money fast for this summer..i am going to do a makeover to me.and shop.how much do u think i should sell them..i don't want them to high so the ppl won't buy them and i don't want them to cheap and i won't make no money..i was thinking about 5(the truth is none of these cats are worth no money) but i am trying to make money..how much do u think?

Well like 3 or MORE weeks ago i brang one of my kittens to my store for a day and i lost it! I thought someone stole it so i wasn't worried since most of my customers love cats. Today, while i was working at my desk i heard a meow! I turned around and thought i was just hearing things but i really heard it! It kept on meowing and meowing and so i called out my kittens name ( now should be 5 years old) and it stopped meowing i couldn't look for it since i had to work but is it really my kitten? If it was wouldn't it have died already? Please reply!!

I've been keeping tabs on and feeding two stray cats that sit on an apartment balcony that is close to mine. I believe it is a mother and kitten. (well, I think the kitten was born last summer) Anyway, all winter I've been bringing them food and water. I usually see one or both of the just about everytime. It has been five days now since I've seen the mom but the kitten is there just about everyday. Is it common for the mother to leave for periods of time? I'm just very worried that something has happened to her. We had very bad weather during the winter and I would still see her. This is the longest it's been without her!!!

My cousin bought a cat for alot of maney from the Humane society and they wanted to make it into a mouser for their shelter. Well it was winter when they got it so they kept it in the utility room. They take her in the garage to get her used to the outside but she's afraid of the sun. She hates the outside and now she's almost full grown and she has no manners, when your coming down the stairs of sitting down she pounces on you, sometimes she tries to climb up the back of the chair. Is it too late to turn her into a mouser and if so how do we teach her some social skills?
