Your kitten is still just a baby and still has the urge to suckle. This is normal for all kittens. What he's doing with his paws is instinct and kittens and some grown cats continue to do it. It shows contentment. The kneeding motion in kittens stimulates the mother to keep producing milk and it tells her they are getting enough nutrition. He should stop in time but like I said, some grown cats will continue to do it. I would not suggest giving any cat too much cow's milk though. It has an enzyme that they can't digest and its hard on the stomach. Good luck!

Your kitten is still a baby and sucking for a baby is normal. Won't hurt your finger and you may want to put a touch of milk on it. Give the baby time to grow up and he should stop.

I used to have a baby kitten. My vet told me they do this because something that you are doing reminds them of their mother. When they think of their mother the first thing that comes to mind is breast feeding. This could be triggered by the way you pet him or even the way you smell!

chances are your kitty was weaned too early and thats why he is sucking on your hand. the opening and closing of his paws is called kneading and thats what they do when they are nursing off their mommy.

My cat when he was a kitten would do this, he was abandoned by his mother and probably has the need to suckle, and feels your her.
