I would take the kitten and place it in with the other babies when they are nursing. Its unlikely the mother will push it away.
I suspect that if the kitten won't nurse then it is a sick kitten.
When the kittens are so young and tiny they can not go long without nursing. A kitten can go down hill real quick and die in a matter of hours. When kittens are so young, the mortality is real high in the first week. Directions are on the formula. Be careful when feeding with the bottle not to aspirate fluid into the kittens lungs. Good Luck!
It has been almost 24hrs since I posted an answer to your question. I was wandering if you could give an update on the baby kitten?

Yes the Mother's Milk for kittens is good I asume you are using the product actually called "Mothers Milk" Some grocery stores carry it. The pet store has it and tiny animal bottles they sell. If you can't get one tonight use a medicine dropper but make sure it is Very Very clean and with no medicine or soap residue. They need fed every few hours or so.Only use People milk if in an emergency ONLY. It must be watered down sort of like 1% or skim. You can set your alarm and take turns with the family members feeding it or it just won't survive. Run the bottle or eye dropper under hot water to get the formula just warm not too warm. You can test it on the inside of your arm to see if it's too hot or still too cold. Be very careful with the eyedropper. Don't squeze it too hard it could choak or drown the baby. If you get a kitty bottle..you sometimes have to make the hole a tiny bit bigger. We always put a sewing needle into a lighter or match flame to prick one or two holes in the nipple. You might want to place baby kitty on one jof moms teets so it can take turns with one of the other kittens. But not at night. You need to do that . Momma may still reject it, push it away and it would get too cold an would die. A shoe box by your bed at night with the lid on of course lots of holes poked in should be fine. If you and your family members or friends could carry it around during the day to keep it warm is the best thing to do since it is a newborn and won't survive. But don't forget it is in your pocket! Really..it is easy to forget. I'm talking about a smock or some kind of shirt with large pockets.Even a medium weight bath towel tied around your neck turned into a sling. Do NOT put it on a heating pad. Even though the lite setting feels like nothing to us it is to a small creature. It is too young for grool (food) yet but keep my e-mail address and in about 3-4 weeks e-mail me and I will tell you haw to do that. My spell check is not working. Sorry for any misspeled words.
Hope all works out for you and kitty. It's alot of hard work but it is a litte baby that needs your help.

That's a shame, but there may be meaning behind it. The kitten could be ill, a mother cat can sense such. Ask a vet what is best, I wouldn't rely on a message board for answers when a life is involved.

Use an eyedropper to feed what it will take every 2-3 hrs and get a kitten bottle to encourage it to suckle. once it is suckling well at about 2 weeks switch it to goats milk. Dont forget that it will not defecate or pee ithout stimulationso after feeding you must stroke it's bottom with a q-tip or warm cloth until it does its business

eye dropper if its real tiny. vets have baby bottles for kittens.the mother may have left it alone cause theres a health issue and it will die anyway. also when the other kittens are feeding you might want to try to get it to nurse with the others on the mother thats the best.

bottle feed for days upon days until you notice teeth are comming in. then slowly introduce wet cat food then dry. But you still got to bottle feed as much as every two to four hours or as needed. Just keep it up it will work and be along journey but its worth it in the end.

You should be able to get special bottles for puppies and kittens from your local vets, not sure how much they are though.
